Poppies, Borage and Cornflowers
Hello Summah! The garden is loving life right now. It’s bursting with edible blooms and greening veggie plants. I just picked and grilled our first two heirloom zucchinis today! This is what excites me, people! Yes, garden life is good. So I’ve teamed up with Gardener Supply Co. to bring you this Fare Isle garden update featuring some of their wonderful gardening gear. {All thoughts are my own–just FYI.}
I’ve been a fan of this Vermont-based and employee owned garden company since my college days in Burlington VT (ahem, that would be about 17 years now–wow–I’m ancient). Gardeners sent us functional yet beautiful veggie trellises and their exclusive Garden Row Snip-n-Drip Soaker Hose System this spring and they have been such useful additions to our garden. And because I couldn’t stop there (it’s hard guys, reaaaaalllly hard, they have so much great stuff!) I also purchased an awesome heavy duty composter that can handle our large amount of kitchen scraps (hello food blogger!) and an equally awesome tall copper sprinkler.
