This is the last post from our trip to Maine last month, thanks for bearing with my tardy posting. It was such a treat to discover Avena Botanicals located in one of my favorite coastal towns, Rockport, ME. Set back down a winding road, this certified biodynamic farm grows an impressive array of botanicals and medicinal plants, which they use in their own line tinctures, tonics, creams and remedies. It was so lovely to stroll about the garden and take it the beauty and serenity. See links at the bottom of post.
