Cilantro Lime Crema Dipping Sauce
Yield 3/4 cup approximately
- 4 oz (113 g or 1/2 cup) sour cream
- zest of 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro leaves
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
- salt to taste
- Stir all the ingredients together and serve in a bowl.
- Keep refrigerated, covered and use within 3 days.
