What are you baking this weekend? Long fermented sourdough focaccia is always a favorite in our house. I love dimpling the dough. Favorite toppings include Castelvetrano Olives, garlic cloves, shallots and thyme. 🫒🧄🧅🌿😋

I use my sourdough pizza dough recipe saved in my highlights and like let it ferment in the fridge for 2-3 days after bulk fermentation at room temp. The flavor that develops is incredible!

AD/ I added sliced roasted chicken breast, sweet potatoes, red onions, and herbs to Fresh Express Sweet Butter lettuce and NatureSweet Cherubs tomatoes, and dressed it in creamy and spicy Litehouse Jalapeño Ranch Dressing for a tasty, nutritious and satisfying lunch. To create this delicious salad, preheat your oven to 450˚F. Roast 1-2 small whole sweet potatoes on a sheet pan until they are fork-tender, about 30 minutes. When you’re ready to bake the chicken breast, lower the oven temperature to 425˚F. Season 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts with 2 tablespoons olive oil, 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt, ½ teaspoon black pepper, ½ teaspoon ground cumin, ½ teaspoon ground coriander, a few fresh thyme sprigs, 2 scallions cut in half, and a few slices of habanero pepper (optional). Rub the seasonings into the chicken breasts and bake them on a sheet pan until their internal temp reaches 165˚F, about 15-20 minutes. Remove the sweet potatoes and chicken from the oven and allow them to cool before slicing. Both can be made ahead of time and refrigerated until you’re ready to assemble the salad. When you’re ready, slice some red onion and pick the leaves of some fresh tender herbs like dill, cilantro, chives, or basil. Lay the Fresh Express Sweet Butter Salad Blend onto a large platter or into a big bowl. Then add the NatureSweet Cherubs tomatoes and the rest of the add-ins you've prepped. Sprinkle on a little flaky sea salt, black pepper, and lemon zest if you wish. Dress the salad with Litehouse Jalapeño Ranch dressing for a zesty kick. Enjoy!
