One more turn around the sun ✨🌞✨ Today begins the last year of my 30s. 😅 That feels crazy to type. How does it feel? Well, all and all, pretty damn good! Thankful to have made it this far. 😆

Best part of aging is having less and less fucks to give with each passing year. Also buying yourself the presents you really want. 😜 I splurged on these beautiful candles and have zero regrets. Aren’t they the coolest?!

enough to make for a quick weeknight dinner side dish. I’ve teamed up with @nstomatoes to create this

Recipe:
1. Cook 12 oz. of pearl couscous/fregola according to the package instructions. Drain and cool.
2. Meanwhile rinse 2 10.oz packages of NatureSweet Cherubs tomatoes and slice them vertically.
3. Thinly slice about ¼ of a red onion and soak the slices in cold water to reduce any bitterness or
sharp flavor.
4. Zest a whole lemon and juice about 1 tablespoon of lemon juice from the lemon.
5. Chop about 1 tablespoon of fresh tarragon or mint leaves.
6. Tear about 1 cup of loosely packed fresh basil leaves
7. Add the Cherubs, red onion slices, lemon zest and juice, tarragon, and basil plus 2 tablespoons
red wine vinegar, 3 tablespoons olive oil, ½ teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon kosher salt, a
pinch of red chili flakes to the cooked and cooled couscous.
8. Stir to combine and taste for seasoning. Serve and enjoy right away!
