In-stock items ship within 1-2 business days. Made to order items ship within the time specified in the listing. Orders are shipped domestically via USPS or UPS options with insurance and tracking. We offer international shipping as well. The international rates shown at checkout are high estimates. After placing your order for international delivery, the actual shipping charges will be calculated and you will receive a refund on any shipping overages. We are not responsible for packages lost or held in customs overseas. Before placing your order, make sure what you are ordering is allowed to be shipped into your country of residence.
Food and Body Care items are final sales. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item we will gladly send a replacement. Please save all packing material so that a claim can be made with the carrier.
All other items in may be returned if they are in original/unopened condition within 14 days of receipt for a refund in the form of original payment.
All returns REQUIRE a Return Authorization. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Please write your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the return package. Please package your return securely and ship via a carrier with insurance and tracking. We will not be held responsible for damaged/missing packages shipped back to us. Upon receipt of your return we will inspect the package and issue a refund. Please allow up to 2 weeks from receipt for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
