The Seasonal Flower Alliance is a project created by Erin of Floret Flower Farm, in which each week participants create bouquets from locally grown (from the garden or foraged) blooms. I absolutely love this idea! Here’s what I foraged in the forest this week: ornamental crab apples, feral apple blossoms, native serviceberry and ivy. I also found some wild or feral Seal of Solomon in a parking lot, no less. Looking forward to this budding bouquet to open up during the week. I also picked up a nasty tick bite while foraging-be careful out there-make sure to check yourself!
I love your Blog, your website, all your pictures (your girl is absolutely lovely) and..Oh My your garden it’s so perfect ! I wish I could have one !
I hope I will have the chance to visit your island one day !

Hi Mary! Thank you so much! I would love for you to visit our little faraway island someday! My little one is a little boy actually, lol! No worries, he’s often confused for a pretty little girl. His hair and eyes I think…
Ooooups ! He is also pretty boy so ! His face is adorable 🙂
