Raw organic heirloom varietal Ecuadorian cacao powder is blended with organic rapadura (truly raw cane sugar traditionally processed) and spiced with organic Madagascar sweet cinnamon, wild Jamaican nutmeg, organic ginger, organic Madagascar vanilla bean and our own organically grown habanero chili to create this rich hot cocoa mix.
Stir in 2 tbs. per cup of scalding milk of your choosing. We use soymilk with a splash of homemade coconut cream to top it off. YUM!
Raw cacao powder comes from cacao beans that are naturally cured, never roasted, therefore retaining all of the nutrition and health benefits it is known for. Raw cacao is high in antioxidants and rich in minerals.
