These Blueberry Lemon Scones are packed with fresh sweet summer blueberries and lemon zest with a touch of vanilla. 🫐🍋But what makes them extra flavorful and flaky is French Butter. 🇫🇷🧈French Butter is churned longer than other butter, resulting in at least 82% butterfat in the final product, giving it a much higher butterfat content and melting point than any other butter. A higher melting point in butter makes for flakier scones and other baked pastries. French Butter is cultured for fuller flavor plus the cultures make it easier to digest.

I made this stone fruit galette in early August in hopes of posting it before stone fruit season ends. Then life happened. 😅 I think we still have a couple of weeks left of peaches, nectarines, plums and cherries though. Recipe coming up asap! I’ve been trying to film video of each recipe now since apparently this app is now a video sharing platform. 🙄😂 But it’s taking a lot more time to create content. Unrelated but this has been the hottest summer I can recall on Nantucket. The heat wave broke early this morning and the cool ocean breeze returned. 🙏🏼 I know record high temps are much worse elsewhere. Hope your staying sane and finding relief if it’s been crazy hot and humid where you are. ✌🏼🌊✨
