For many of us, Thanksgiving day is spent in the heart of the home, the kitchen, prepping a festive feast with loved ones helping and sometimes (or often) sneaking tastes of each special dish.
Today we bring you a curated giveaway package in celebration of all of the home cooks out there, making the holiday meal from scratch and bringing together family and friends to give thanks around a plentiful table. The offerings in this gorgeous package are intended to make those moments even more special this year.
To start we have a beautiful hand turned walnut rolling pin from Rob Laliberte of WDWRK Small Wares Co. The feel of this rolling pin will have you whipping up copious amount of pies and biscuits. It a beautiful and functional kitchen tool you reach for again and again.
Next comes a jar of golden luscious raw honey from our friends Zak and Michelle at Rambler’s Rest Apiary/Dancey Pants Disco. Their limited quantity liquid gold is hand harvested using sustainable practices in small batches from the hives of happy, well-cared for honey bees on the island of Nantucket. You can purchase their honey through Michelle’s instagram account, @danceypantsdisco.
From Meg Farrell of Farrell & Co., we have a gorgeous set of hand dyed and tooled, leather coasters to keep your holiday table free from the dreaded drink ring and look damn sophisticated doing so.
And lastly from us, is a holiday package with the gourmand in mind. Our Nantucket herbs blend of rosemary, thyme, sage and oregano is my go to seasoning for the perfect stuffing/dressing. Use the mulling spices for a delicious mulled wine or cider to serve before dinner. The spicy tangy country mustard can be used to make luscious vinaigrette or glaze. A jar of our rich vanilla extract to flavor all of those pies and holiday desserts. Our cranberry chutney, made with maple syrup, orange, cinnamon, vanilla and nutmeg, is a must for the Thanksgiving table. And a pair of beeswax ball jar votives to keep the cook happy in the kitchen.

My favorite thing about Thanksgiving is cooking a homeade meal made from traditional family recipes.
What’s NOT to love? The warmth, the togetherness, the spices!!! Mmmm…. Sweet potato pie and candied yams. Fire crackling in the fire place. Beautiful people to celebrate with. It just doesn’t stop.
The best part of Thanksgiving for me is oystering off the North Carolina coast in our kayaks as the sun comes up.
Lovely idea Kaity! Love the spiced potpourri! What restaurant have you had the best Turkey? Remember to add it to your Besty List! http://www.thebesty.com/fareisle
