I finally feel like Spring has arrived and is here to stay. Thank goodness! This past week has been a busy one. April has been filled with birthdays, visits from family and of course the annual Nantucket Daffodil Festival. Here’s a couple of shots from the past week.
I made my love’s favorite: Lemon Poppyseed Almond Polenta Cake with Vanilla Bean Coconut Crema and Fresh Raspberries. This cake will definitely be on the menu at the Farmer’s Market this summer!
